not bad for 4pm on a Sunday
6 egg whites / 1 full egg
1 cup of chicken breast
1.5 cups of spinach
12 chopped almonds
2 tablespoons of hot salsa
that looks so fucking good
looks pretty tasty
it was better than how i was eating it before, it was hard to stomach it all down!
6 hard boiled egg whites 1 hard boiled egg
peice of chicken
1.5 cups of steamed spinach
minus the spinach and almonds, id wolf it down
almonds in the omlet > on the side
chopped fresh spinach > steamed spinach
i had a huge omelette that was better than that. (least by looks)
This would have gone badly if you didn't post the ingredients.
It actually sounds pretty good minus some of the salsa.
