My Bodyfat Guess?

    So not to be an attention whore but what body fat would you put me at in those pics....I cut down from about 245. The ones I posted in the skinny to big thread...just curious. I was thinking ~11-12%

    I have been really wanting to get into yoga, but haven't been able to find a class. From what I read its probabally good to start out with a class to make sure you get the posture right and such.

    how is yoga on the lower back?
    results/advantages from yoga?
    how flexible were you before you started? now?
    whyd you do it?

    i was really thinking about joing a yoga class... you heard of the ones in like 100 degree heat?

    yes yoga works. I love it. Advantages are flexibility, strength, peace of mind, active recovery.

    I was not very flexible. I am much better, posture range of motion etc.

    I do it because I like how it makes me feel, and the above reasons.

    100 degree heat is Bikram, I don't fuck around with that. Regular Ashtanga is good for me. The difference in pics is like 4.5 years

    i am 14% and the only way i know that is we have a guy come in a couple times a year to do it. he was here the other day

    I used that and it said my body fat was 11%. I am not quite sure its that low.

    I trained using a CP routine for awhile. Now I just do horizontal push/pull one day, hip dominant movements one day, vertical push/pull one one day, and quad dominant the last.

    My chest routine is pretty basic tho. I guess I have good chest genetics since that is what most people my friends comment on, Thanks!

    Oh and as far as my head being shaped like a peanut...........yeah. I have an oval head.
