    im 5'8" 141lbs btw

    bench 180
    squat 225
    deadlift 225

    pretty light but its a big improvement from when i started back into lifting.

    Slightly higher bench and DL than me. You're taller than me, but you weigh less. :eek4:

    Nice. When I graduated from high school I was 145, benched 205, squat 225, don't remember my deadlift. Now I weigh that again, but can't lift worth shit.

    pretty good number on the squat. i'm around 148 and can only squat 210, but my deadlift is 300.

    I started at like 130 and I'm like 175 now and still feel like a twig.

    not bad for your weight. Just keep at and work on your technique. And the strength will come.

    youre at where i was when i started lifting im an inch taller and when i started lifting i was 148, now im 176 and like another guy said it isnt enough i still think im a twig haha u actually bench more than me when i started so keep up the good work man
