2 days ago i was all impressed with myself cuz i was benching 140 for 6 sets of 5 reps and todayim doing 150 at the same reps

btw im 138 lbs and 5'8"

ive been working out since the middle of september and when i started i wieghed 130 and was benching 115 lolz. i also do lots of other wieght training exersices but ive seen a huge diffrence even without supplements.

i have gained an inch and a 1/2 on both my forearm and my arm, they are now 10.5 and 11 respectfully :)

comments and sugestions to further my strength would be apreciated

5lbs a day increase is pretty average actually. Scott mendelson has really only been working out for 6 or 7 months, so keep it up.

either way it looks like you have pretty good numbers for someone who just started working out. keep it up.

that's a good bench for someone whose just starting out (especially given your weight)

at my gym, most noobs your size bench 95-115ish.
