    I knew someone would say it..
    Ive got decent legs.. I just wanted to make a post for comparison over the next 10 weeks. Im not looking for the almighty critique of the OT masses. Just a few quick pics.

    Any of you.
    I know I need to cut, ive been out for 1.5 years, its no question.
    I kept quie a bit of lbm, however, gained some not so LBM.

    Didnt know this place was so full of haters.

    People on here generally won't take well to anyone who hasn't been seriously lifting for a few years, doesn't have a good base, and is going to take steroids. If you were off for awhile and gained fat like that you probably aren't eating well, and probably don't have a good routine. What are you doing for PCT?

    eh 230 @ 13% doesn't compare to u. I've posted my pics, and that was 10 lbs ago, and I'm not posting anymore until I reach my goal @ 250

    Sounds good.
    Im starting at 220 lb, I dont want to gain any weight, I just want to lean up a bit.
    Ive done several cycles in the past, this one is going to be small. (500mg per week) to get me back in shape. If ive already used, and used heavy, why wouldnt I go on again to get in shape?
    I can do i in 6 months, or 10 weeks, which would you choose?

    FYi. I was 248 @ 15% at my heaviest. Im not a noob.

    I think you can lean out just as fast naturally, save the cycle for bulking
