    Looks like your lower back is a lot stronger than your legs and hips, which is why you leaned over and half-GM'ed the 405 near the top.

    I used to do the same thing.

    I do the same shit....whats the best way to fix it? Toss some front squats in to place more emphasis on your legs?

    My problem was bar placement and lack of squatting, I don't really have any issues with it now. Extra quad work never hurts though.

    The bar was too high, lowering it helped a lot. Also sitting farther back and maintaining my arch tended to correct any leaning forward problems. I'm about to get some new shoes to squat in and the flat sole should help even more.

    It's hard to stay in that position doing a high bar oly squat though, at least it is for me. One nice thing about front squats is they force you to stay upright.

    flat soles? I find if I hahve a slight heal it helps prevent that.....now going wide with my "cheating" appartus (mono) the flat soled chucks are king

    Squat racks are satan and the monolift is Jesus.

    After using a mono for so long having to go back to a rack this summer blows.
