My arms are uneven...

    I just started working and my right arm is noticeably bigger then my left. It pisses me off so much but how would i go about to even em out?

    it probably wont ever go away, atleast not in your head. The best thing you can do, a few movements that isolate each arm (right/left), and make sure both arms move with the same Range of motion. Also, make sure you have the same mind to muscle connection with both arms, this is key.

    i deal with the same thing. not to fuck with your head or anything, but you'll soon start to see muscle imbalances EVERYWHERE. our bodies are not perfectly symmetrical. just roll with it and keep training and isolate sides. i'm not too sure about over compensation, some people do it, i still don't know how i feel about it.

    It happens, my right bi is bigger then the left but my left is still stonger. I'm a lefty so that might be it.

    Start with your weaker arm first and if you only get 7 reps with your weaker arm, only go to 7 reps with your stronger arm.

    half an inch difference between mine, its very noticeable too me, not to anyone else. Chances are no one pays that much attention.

    Very true, I have imbalances everywhere buy no one notices but me. Then again, I don't do shows
