Went to a friends camp to blow some shit up in the water. You can't see much of what we were shooting but we were shooting at cans and wooden boxes for the most part

there would have been more pics but my friend is not quite camera literate. I'm the jackass in blue by the way. Was a fun afternoon all in all. Didn't realize just how much shit a 7.62 would go through until we started shooting straight through 2x4's and about a 1.5' thick tree like it was nothing

one of the only advantages to growing up in the South now is the fact there are still alot of places that just don't give a shit if you let 1000+ rounds loose at random objects

I wish there were places like that within 2 hours of Denver :wtc:. If I had an AK I'd be afraid to take it out to shoot it :noes:.

this place is like 45min away from my house and about 10-15 away from his so not really that big of a drive to get to. It was the first time I shot it outdoors and fuck is it so much more fun than boring indoor ranges. Setting up used spray paint cans and watching them fly 40+ ft in the air after being hit is a bit more fun than shooting paper

I don't want to seem like the wheres your eye protection guy, but I'm going to suggest you guys get some slim muffs to go over your plugs. You have no idea how much hearing loss sucks til you have it.

the plugs we use haven't ever given us any problems. we took a shit load from the Casing Co. we used to work for. If they're ok for drilling platforms I think an hour or two of shooting should be ok

I only wear plugs to go shooting.. never had a problem with them.

    I prefer them to earmuffs.

yeah you're going to shoot all your illegal guns into that swamp, then someday the ATF is going to come for you in a chopper, and you're going to shoot them down, and they'll eventually find the chopper in the bottom of the swamp, and find all the rounds down there, but then some Jew that you know will pull some strings, and you'll fuck over some ATF guy FTW
