So sittin at a bar with some friends, talking about fitness and abs, we were talking about how impossible it is to keep partying like we do and stay fit. So I made my own challenge to myself to get abs in three weeks while still partying like I did. (drinking 3-5 nights a week). and here are the results. I have three more days til the end of the last week but I don't think Im gonna make it. but I did come pretty close.
