My abs in three weeks challenge w/pics

    So sittin at a bar with some friends, talking about fitness and abs, we were talking about how impossible it is to keep partying like we do and stay fit. So I made my own challenge to myself to get abs in three weeks while still partying like I did. (drinking 3-5 nights a week). and here are the results. I have three more days til the end of the last week but I don't think Im gonna make it. :o but I did come pretty close. I think I'm gonna keep on going.

    note: I'm 5'7" starting at 165lbs and flexing in all of the pics.

    If you were not flexing in the before and flexing in the after, then there is no difference. Otherwise there was.

    I think i see a small difference...either way, that's a lot of drinking so progress is gonna be slower

    at least you're doing a good job while drinking alot.
    3-5 times week? how much do u drink in a given night?

    usually it takes me 8-10 beers to start a buzz so drinking obvously hurts my body

    you should have went to low carb liquor like vodka

    definitely...your progress will probably speed up a helluva lot more, i don't think you have to cut down completely, but definitely by a good amount

    We drink til buzzed or fucked up. Usually thursday til sunday. sometimes monday. Depends on the day anyone is having. I usually drink miller lites, shots of hennessy or patron. I just wanted to see if its possible. I can see a difference, but I know I can do better if I just cut it out.

    My real goal is try to get my old gymnast body back, but thats not possible with the way im doing things.

    yea, i was pretty much experimenting. I kinda like the way its going, i might just do it for real this time. I guess no more answering my cell phone :(

    thanks. i think im gonna keep going. I like your build and where you're at. Except maybe a lil smaller. Not going for big. More back to my old gymnast look.
