    for those who want to try this program, it's also in the Men's Fitness April 09 edition... lot cheaper than the ebook. though, figuring it out on your own off the internet is the best option

    your supposed to go through 3X5 before you go 3X3 so you need a squat workout of 3X5 before you start the next week at 3x3, make sense?

    I see 3X5 for deads/mil/bench and then squats is 3X3

    did i screw up the reps? i was following the e-book. there is a little more accessory work than the "normal" 5/3/1 in the book.

    you need to do 3X5 for all 4 lifts before going 3x3 for all 4 lifts ,etc ,etc.

    your excel sheet shows 3 workouts for 3x5 you need all four lifts (four workouts) before progressing to the next phase. if you are lifting 3 days a week MWF that means that you will hit each lift every 9 days. makes sense?

    dude you do 3X5 for military, squat, bench, dead
    then 3X3 for "military, squat, bench, dead"
    then 531 for "military, squat, bench, dead"
    then deload

    your current plan shows 3X5 for military bench and dead
    then 3X3 starts with squats.... you need to do 3X5 for squats before you go 3X3

    thats as simple as I can put it.
