    how healthy/beneficial is [the second breakfast i try to eat between 10:15-11:30,] 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese & bacon on toasted cinnamon raisin bagel

    you got that out of a 2nd breakfast? he's still got another 12-14 hours to eat.

    yeah I did, because the size of your meals reflects a lot on what a person eats throughout a day.

    Dear Tough Guy,


    despite obvious deficiencies in self control, your deduction from what i wrote is correct. i have been having trouble having a crazy intake, but think i have been good in the past week and a half gaining a couple pounds of body weight (i have never weighed over 170 and im up to 175 although im sure some is fat from eating whatever comes my way).

    i eat 3-4 meals a day + 2-3 shakes.

    Looks like a solid second breakfast, maybe throw in another egg or two if you're bulking

    Meh... not really essential to add anything to that. The whole sandwich is probably something like 500-600 calories with about 40-50g of protein depending on how much cheese and bacon you add.

    Sounds pretty good to me.
