I actually took 3 weeks off in these 2 months, so my results are not as good as they should be. I'm 6'3" and trying to bulk.

    When I started: 198lbs, ~20% BF :eek3:

Few beginning stats (all are 3x8):
Bench: 95lbs (I've always had a weak chest :wtc: )
    Inclined DB's: 25lbs
Legpress: ~100lbs (always had weak legs too :wtc: x 2)
    Bicep curl DB: 25lbs
    Tricep pulldowns: 50lbs
    Shrugs: 25lb DB's

    Now: 209lbs, ~17% BF

    Bench: 155lbs
    Inclined DB's: 45lbs
    Legpress: 230lbs
    Bicep curl DB: 40lbs
Tricep pulldowns: 80lbs (big jump here)
    Shrugs: 50lb DB's

I could list more stats, but those are some general stats to give you an idea of my gains.

Edit: It's hard for me to believe that I gained about 15lbs worth of muscle, but I can definitely feel it.

You wont notice much of a difference if I showed pics anyway. I'm about the same size, just less fat and more muscle. I'm going to post up my progress pics after 6 months for sure though.

90% of the people who say "I have gyno" are just fat.

your numbers/progess is going quickly up. as for the chest, i think it was said here(?) that it could be genetics where some can have advantages/disadvantages over other ppl.

try out some deadlifts and squats:sadwavey:

not true. Puffy nipples are just enlarged areolas, and can only be corrected by surgery

I second the pics of av as well.

I should have mentioned that my body fat was a rough estimate done at the gym by one of the trainers. While the exact amount might be inaccurate, the test was done the same way both times, so I know my body fat decreased.

I'm on a "eat a lot of food, high carb, high protein" diet. For the first month I was supplementing with protein shakes a lot, but when I took 1 week off here, and 2 weeks off there, I stopped drinking the shakes.
