im tired... and i feel very empty and lonely right now....

Sorry to get your ass kicked here with your first asylum post, i like to remember the other people that this is supposed to be a emotional hide-out.
I love you , and you are always loved by God. If you help out others, and have love for everything and everyone in this world, you will gain happyness yourself. It might be a bit unbelievable at first, but its free to give it a try. And if you like it, you can apply it thru-out the rest of your life, and experience wonderfull and forfilling things.
We are here for you, so at least we are alone together eh

You know, of course, that this has a lot, perhaps even EVERYTHING to do with why you're alone?
Change yourself, and your world changes around you.
Don't look to the world to change for you.
i was just saying... i do have alot of friends
but most of the time, i dont want to go chill with them... i just rather stay home or do other stuff rather being with them.
its like im lazy or something.. enough friends call me everyday to chill. but i just usually go, "i dont feel like it" They still call me... lol
wutever, i made this thread, might as well, say my other problems...
i don't really have trouble getting girls to like me, but the problem is that i choose not to date them because they dont live and look to my expectations...
i just deny them when they start confessing... or miss the chance to return the favor...
i lack moviation and very un-decisive...
alot of ppl think im a mack daddy or something.. but really im not...
sometimes im really quiet, i just dont talk, sometimes, i talk alot!
and sometimes ppl dont understand what im saying because i dont express my point too clearly.
o yea, i always feel tired too
and i love being challeged... i suck at easy task, and good at hard stuff.
Get your butt off the computer and get physically active I say this because I notice when I am more active I feel better about life in general. even if it's only a 15 minute walk around the block with the dog or something, it will make you feel better. Additionally, if you consume alot of fatty or sugary foods, that can also have an effect on how you feel....physically and emotionally. Drink more water too. Sometimes basic stuff like a healthy diet and some activitity can make a huge difference in your emotional well being
