the factory brakes have captured or pressed on rotors. they're a huge pain to change. so using different hubs i converted them and upgrade the rotor and caliper to ones from the prelude sr-v.

Why would you bang out a 4 door honda? And if you have a good reason, why would you choose such a lemon. It looks like shit dude.

I have a 1990 Accord EX. It's ugly green, manual, and I jsut bought it for 1200$ for my first car.

What I'm asking here is, was working on that car worth it? Or should I sell it sometime after getting my license.

  17. For you, probably not worth it. He had the money etc. If I were you I would save up. I had a 93 accord for my first car, got a 03 civic si now. Still a honda but w/e its fun for me.

I like the 4 door better than the 2 door, plus it's lighter. If you want a better reason, it's because this car is one of the best ones honda ever built. this and the bubble back si's. If the amount of R&D that went into those car carried on through each generation after, they'd cost the same as bmw's. I don't get all the hate, care to be specific? It obviously needs a face lift and the tails look a lot better irl, but other than that what's so bad about it? How is it a lemon?

    Used to look like this:

It's a great car to learn on, plus it's great on gas. Nothing wrong with that for a first car.

i like what you did with the front end. Minus the CF front spoiler it reminds me of an acura legend.

nice JDM honda look in the front, but I am not sure how I feel about the rear. Not that the stock taillights are any better...I'll take your word for it that it looks less ricey in person.

The splitters in the bumper are a bit much...unless you go fast enough that it actually helps? I'd be more into just a CF rear apron or something....although I guess that's even more useless...

What kind of crank HP do you think the motor makes the way you have it set up..?

And I agree that the early 90s Hondas were more like BMWs than they are now....

honda got too boring in recent yrs

ditch the red honda badge, the tail lights, and the lettering towards the left.
