Hooray for lighting. I see myself everyday, so I really don't know much of a difference, so give me some feedback.

After much reading this forum, and a few fitness books, I changed my shit hardcore.

I learned that (and if any of my info is wrong, take it up with the authors! Most of the info is well-known anyway.) you should only do cardio for fatloss in the morning. So...instead of waking up at 7:20 for school as usual, I have been waking up at 6:30 and doing about 20 minutes of cardio

My cardio is just very fast pace walking (4.3 mph on the treadmill, I bought one for my room). On Saturday, i'll go ride my bike for a few miles, and walk to a few friends' house instead of drive.

Sunday is completely off day =D

    My diet is :

7:15am --- after cardio -- 1 protein shake mixed with a banana (around 480-500 calories).

11:10am - Large salad with 1 piece of fruit (apple, orange).

3:15pm - 4 egg white omlette with half a chicken breast mixed, red peppers and mushrooms --- apple or orange

7:15pm - 1 can of tuna mixed with 1 cup of brown rice, 1 can of green beans or spinage

10:15pm - Another protein shake, also with banana --- the other half of that chicken breast.

I have been drinking a lot more water. When i'm at home at night, I usually piss once every 45 minutes-hour

I don't know if it is all good, but it worked for me!

Yea cardio in the morning is key. 20 minutes in the morning is the same as almost an hour later in the day...I don't give a fuck what anyone else says.

Damn, I'd be starved on that diet

About 4 months....the first 3 months I was doing it all wrong and had a very bad routine/diet.

Trying to make up for it now.

Although you can't really see my stomach in the before picture, I had a much bigger belly. I think most of the weight came out of my legs/ass though, they lost a lot of fat.

So is it a proven fact working out is much more effective in the early AM than it is say 3hrs before goin to sleep? And how many hours do you sleep at night?

The strength you are seeing is mostly from practice, like when you practice a sport you get better at it. When people first start working out they make gains fairly rapid, this is not because they are just putting on a ton of muscle. It is because your muscles are learning to contract together and lift the weight better. I am not a fan of the morning cardio, but if it works for you then go for ir.

Slow it down dude. A pound per day is pretty extreme. When I cut I shoot for a 1-2 lbs per week, tops.

I used to only get about 6 hours, but during cutting I make sure it is at least 7 1/2, otherwise I don't feel like getting up.

The best time to workout is whenever you have the most time/energy to workout

congrats on the weightloss, I can't tell any real differences from those pics though. Keep up the good work, just be smart about what you're doing.
