please do, but with actual song titles, see above for an example.

I dont want to sound like a dick, but naming a bunch of famous classic rock bands isn't what I'm really looking for, sorry.

Oh and I know I sound like a dick right now, but I really don't know how to re-word what I need.

    Anything Boston.

More specifically: More Than a Feeling, Don't Look Back, A Man I'll Never Be, Amanda. They're the very best songs from the first three albums.

In addition to what's already been said....

The Who - Won't Get Fooled Again
    Skynyrd - Simple Man
Hendrix - Fire, Purple Haze, Angel
Led Zep - Over The Hills and Far Away, Black Dog, D'yer Mak'er
    Pink Floyd - Time
Rolling Stones - Beast of Burden, Start Me Up

(btw, if you like Gerry Rafferty's "Baker Street", you should check out the Foo Fighters' cover. Even though the Foo Fighters suck bad these days, that cover is actually really good. I may even like it more than the original, and I never feel that way about covers. :))
