    34 g protein
    17 g fat ( 7 g sat)
    moderate amounts of vits. and minerals

    You must be referring to the ones in the mini cartons.. yeah they're about $3 and change a pop.

    You can buy them buy the tub. It doesn't taste as good, but it's still pretty good when mixed with milk.

    Cytogainer is probably two steps below MM in terms of taste.

    opt for lean body instead if you can find it.. (i get it from smoothie king). It has way less fats and calories and tastes just as good IMO. It comes in a blue carton kinda like MM

    It's a good in place of a meal, not so good FOR PWO.


    Yeah it is good stuff, I love the vanilla ice cream. :yum:

    the chocolate is pretty good, mixes fairly well with milk. good source of "stuff" since im in college

    the chocolate MM smelled and tasted pretty much like cake frosting

    which is why now no matter what normal chocolate whey i buy i'm dissapointed with the flavor :wtc:
