whats the fastest way to gain muscule?im about 6' and between 170 and 180.(i can never seem to keep the same weight as day before.) I bench 145, curl 35's, seated squat?-> 310 and calf raise i practice on smith machine and i have 70lbs on each side. i want to be able to bench 210 atleast, curl 20lbs more and increase everything else before the summer. i try to work out betwen 3-5 days a week. i take protein shakes after the workout. and i do the workouts on my own if that has anything to do with anything. i rarely workout triceps, abs shoulders, lats and back. i want to be well rounded for lacrosse next year.
