Muscletech makes me ill.

    nothing you bought is "vital"

    if you really want some supps, caffeine + creatine + arginine would be my simple suggestion

    not vital to your workout.

    i take 200mg caffeine before my workouts and that's it. i have tried white flood and nano vapor and i felt like i got shitty workouts with them so i stick with straight caffeine.

    nothing is vital.. i personally enjoy NO/caffeine products. everyone here hates on them because they are a bit overpriced but i like the feeling of a pre workout no xplode or similar product. but again they are not "vital"

    the cell tech is just creatine, you can get a supply of monohydrate creatine for 20$ that will last you over a year. or you can use creatine CEE such as pureCEE from anafit.com for a bit more, some people get stomach issues w/ monohydrate.

    Well, granted, I know that it's possible to get size without spending a dime on supplements.

    Also, reading the archive, I've read lots of hate about Muscletech cost, but it seems it's just the cost, not about the effectiveness of the products.

    I don't have much time to thoroughly research supplements, and the research I have done has only left me confused. So, if anyone has suggestions, I'm open to them. :)

    Dymatize Elite or Optimum Nutrition whey are good protein supplements

    other than that Fish Oil caps and a multi-vitamin are the closest thing to "vital" you really need

    Listen to your body. If you try NO-Xplode and like it then go for it, but never take a supplement that you don't like just because people say it works for them.

    I don't digest whey isolates well over time so I don't take them anymore. But I'll be the first to say they are a great, easy means of getting fast protein.

    BSN Syntha 6 which I take 2x/day.
    Multivitamin
    Fish Oil
    Creatine
    Caffeine
    Ephedrine HCl

    Not to mention my gear.

    my buddy takes it and swears by it :dunno:

    Only musts for me are my multi vitamins, fishoils, BCAA's, Glutamine and my Whey Isolate.
