the muscle to the right of my right shoulder blade has been twitching pretty much non-stop for the past 2 days. HOW DO I MAKE IT STOP? :hs:

since you're hydrated and not stressed, i'm going to have to say lay off the crack pipe :o

twitches suck. I had this one right below my eye that lasted like a week, not much you can do about it. Try some potassium and taurine and see what that does

where do you train? I'm in jacksonville too

if you worked out recently, then it's probably muscle fatigue and will go away.
if not it's probably a pinched nerve

it started after i had taken a 3 day break from working out so i thought maybe my muscles were begging for more :o....so i went to the gym today, plus i thought it might help stretch me out a bit. and it's still doing it. maybe i just need more sleep

    just more rest

it'll go away soon enough; muscle was already fatigued, and then going to the gym again brought back on the twitching

and if you're going to stretch...stretch (lengthen) don't contract
