Muscle Milk Vs all!!

  1. What would you guys say the best supplement would be to put on muscle at a good rate?

    How good is muscle Milk?
    I just got 5 pounds and my dip shit friend says we should be taking something else and i wasted my money... No flames Just help please.. Thanks what would you take? Thanks


    Im on Creatine and muscle milk now.. Well not on it but using it.

    muscle milk is a meal replacement, it doesn't "put on muscle". Eating an excess of calories + hard work in the gym puts on muscle. If muscle milk helps you get to your calorie goal for the day, then you should take it.

    i personally prefer mass meal, but they are similar products and muscle milk is fine.

    How long have you been taking Mass Meal and do you see any results from it? I been trying out Muscle Milk and I wanted to try a different MRP

    see my first post in this thread. i prefer mass meal to muscle milk because it has better nutritional profile (and because i think PA is a cool guy :mamoru: ) but these are not products that you are going to "see" results from. think of it as a way to help you meet your daily nutritional goals.

    i'm not taking a multi right now. things i am currently taking in pill form are fish oil, sesamin, Forskholii, Green Tea, Cissus Quadrangularis, glucosamine, chondroitin, and melatonin. i think that's everything...

    i'm around 6 weeks into a cut, currently around 185lbs @ 5'7.5, maybe 11-12% bf if i had to guess.

    cytosport got their marketing right with muscle milk... all the 130 lb high school kids out there think they can do curls/pushups in their room and drink muscle milk and get huge

    i mean it's called muscle milk for christ's sake! MUSCLE milk!!!!!
