Anyone think this is a good deal? Seems a little expensive considering a 2.4lb container of it is $19.88. But I work at a warehouse unloading trucks which is a workout in itself and don't get much of a chance to eat there. So I was thinking of bringing these along with me.

I'm not sure about the price on those, but if you got a shaker cup, you could put a couple scoops of muscle milk mix in there and just add water when you want it, which would probably be cheaper :dunno:

If I were to premix it...wouldnt it eventually just settle sitting there?

I figured..but I wanted some feedback cause I figured if I brought my own premade to work that it was just pretty much settle by the time I got to drink it. I know...shake it. But usually without a blender its pretty shitty

The president of Cytosport used to work for Champion Nutrition. Champion marketed Muscle Milk (and it's EXACT contents) but sold it to pet stores and vets for large dogs. Basically, it was dog food.

The now president of Cytosport wanted to change the market for Muscle Milk and use it on athletes. The higher ups of Champion found that rather disgusting, as it was dog food (had a picture of the dog on the container and everything). So he left and started his own company, Cytosport, and stole the recipe for Muscle Milk, added just a dash of sugar to make it taste better, and marketed it towards athletes under the name of Muscle Milk. Champion sued Cytosport, but lost due to the fact that the ingredients were margionally different (only by about 150mg of sugar) and it was marketed towards humans, not pets. None the less, Cytosport was in debt for the first 5 years of its existance, but depended soley on the success of Muscle Milk.

Their entire company is founded upon dog food

just blend the shit at home, put in a jug with a tight top, take with you to work.. if you want to chill it down at work, drop a few ice cubes in there and shake that shit up.

when you blend it first then shake later it comes out just fine... probably not as 'frothy' as staight from the blender but its all good.

that is what i do... take 2 shakes / day to work w/ me.

    :dunno:

Muscle Milk is the biggest seller at the gym I work at, that shit is good even though it's a huge ripoff.

 dunno, but I'm not trying to stop anyone from buying it.. just posting some useless information. ON makes something called anabolic milk which is the same/ if not better than muscle milk
