I almost bought one yesterday cuz everyone online always talks about how good they taste, but when I saw it had like 34% of saturated fat for the day I was like "do not want." I bought an EAS Myoplex shake instead. Same protein content, but much less sat. fat.

Is the powder as high in saturated fat as the premade shakes?

The saturated fat in muscle milk isn't as bad as it seems. Something about your body not actually digesting it or something. Search around, there's discussion on it.

The random sweetness feeling in your mouth hours after drinking it was weird at first.

I eat so much pizza and fast food anyway that I don't want an extra 20 or 30% from a little 340 calorie shake :dunno:

I read on a MM tub that a majority of the saturated fat content was mostly Medium Chain Triglycerides that are usually burned as energy and show little or no tendency for storage as body fat. :dunno:
