i dont think it's the best idea, but if you're in a pinch why not.. personally, i would have some whey blended with oatmeal if in a hurry, but ive used MM for a long time for breakfast and things like this will not make a big difference in the end
i was actually wondering if muscle milk light would be a good choice before bed or what sort of scrumptious protein would be a good choice before sleepy

nah, i been doin 3 eggs blended in a shake for like 3 years straight.
