Someone please help me understand why this product is good? From what I've read so far, they say its 'good fat'. I'm looking for a good protein drink after my workouts. I've heard Muscle Milk makes great smoothies and then I had my doubts. My doubts took me to the fat content on the label.

    Help!

:mamoru: @ the ease of use and the review overall

I remember reading about a guy who used a tub a week and complained about getting fat.

    BTW, it's for bulking OP

the saturdated fat in there are medium chain triglycerides which means they are only 5 cal as opposed to 10 cal and easier to burn

Can someone provide reviews on one or some of the following products:

    ON Strawberry
    ON Tropical Punch
    Dymatize Banana
    Dymatize Berry
    Dymatize Orange Dreamsicle
    Dymatize Green Apple

IMHO, ON Strawberry is nasty.. but thats me. Never tried tropical punch.

I've only tried Nectar Lemonade, which I didn't like at all. I need to try other flavors..

But remember though, up here in Canada, we need our extra bodyfat for insulation. Our igloos doesn't have central heating.

Gatorade, and a protein shake, followed by a real meal including meat and good carbs. If you have the brain power to think about this shit after a workout, you did not work hard enough during your max effort movement.

I'm cutting and 2 scoops of muscle milk in water is my 6th and last meal. I've lost ~22lb in 10 weeks or so (with 1 weeks worth of massive cheating) :dunno:

If it fits into your diet calorie-wise, it shouldn't be a problem. Also, I heard that the fats are "good fats" too.
