Gaining 15 pounds in 2 weeks >*
the details are outstanding
I have a hard time believing that most of that could be muscle.
water weight hhoolllaaaa
Did you just come off a cut or something?
he's right though... you do seem to gain back a lot of strength and muscle if you've had it recently. When I had my wisdom teeth taken out I lost 10 lbs. because I couldn't work out and I couldn't eat the foods that I needed to, really just protein shakes. Once I got back into things a week later it was no time before I was back on track.
muscle memory refers to the neurological pathways not that the muscle stampedes to rebuild.
i've always related muscle memory to football and baseball. you practice techniques so god damn much that when the shit hits the fan you're already prepared for it.
Muscle memory didn't work like that for me.
i'm pretty good at now
hell, on roids, it takes longer to build up 15 lbs of muscle.
Anyone remember the Colorado experiment that HITters like to mention often?
anyway, under Arthur Jones, Casey Viator regained something like 60lbs in 6 weeks. Supposedly his bodyfat levels went down as well.
my muscles helped me ace my math exam
