I have no idea how I do it, but I'm definately hitting the right side of my chest a lot more on flat bb bench somehow and it is starting to show. I really have no idea how I'm doing it, but it is fuckin driving me nuts. Bar goes up slowly and evenly. I wonder if I'm not keeping my elbows equally pointed in the same direction? Is it even possible to fix an imbalance like this or am I fuxed for life? Anybody else have a similar problem?
