ultimate meatless supreme:
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1 can or jar of pizza sauce
16 meatless italian flavored meatballs
24 slices veggie peperoni
2 tsb italian seasoning
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp ready to uce miced carlic
1.5 cups shredded part skim mozzarella or italian 6 cheese blend
prehead to 425, coat a 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray
unroll dough & press into pan bottom, slightly up sides
spread sauce, thaw meatball sif frozen
arrange toppings, bake 20 minutes or until crust is brown. coool in pan for 5 mins before slicing
per slice: 273 cals, 18g protein, 33g carbs, 8g fat(2.5 sat), 4b fiber, 4.5mg iron.
makes 8 slices
smoky bbq chicken:
1 cup bbq sauce
1 whole wheat pizza crust (12" round), 12oz refrigerated chicken strips
.5 cup chopped red inion
3/4 cup shredded smoked gouda
3/4 cup part skim mozarella
prehead to 450, spread bbq sauce on crust, add chicken, arrange blah blah, slide onto pizza stone & bake 12-15 minutes
per slice: 276 cal, 21g protein, 33g carbs, 7g cat (3.5 sat), 1.5g fiber, 209mg calcium
