Would the best way to build muscle endurance be high repping light wieghts?
depends on what you're doing it for
My muscles tire out on me before I can finish my sets sometimes, leads to a shitty workout as a whole
how many reps are you doing right now? Sounds like you're overdoing it a little bit
well muscle fatigue is normal, and you are going to have to learn to push past that... you should basically be training to failure anyways (i'm guessing you're lifting to look better)
It's just the lactid acid build up, improving you're endurance really wouldn't help anyways. For now on, instead of aiming for 10 - aim for a rep range of 4-12 and reaching failure between those ranges
