    dunno who got me the sub, I think it was my grandmother but reguardless I get it every month. So I just put in the shitter and read it. It's so funny, the only good thing I ever get from it is some decent recipies. Other than that, it's the same shit over and over. "special 4 page ad report". I noticed this month, they have the same suggestions as 2 months ago for chest, do flys first. Do your chest day backwards every now and again. While a good idea, it's the same one. of course it's in a different section. And this month they have "Arnold long lost leg routine". [email protected] lost "we dug it up and have it for you". lol it's the same fucking routine as in his book.
