    I see a lot of people asking about multivitamins around here. I had the same question and found this comparison chart. It compares Multi Pro 32x, Opti-Men, ADAM, and GNC Mega Men.

    They get the job done. It only has the ones you need that help boost immune system and such. That's the main reason I take them. I buy the ones at Costco.

    From what I've heard from numerous of people, the gummy bear vitamins from costco is pretty much just regular gummy bears with not much vitamins at all. I suggest you get some real mutlivitamin tablets and take em.
