How can I get Windows (XP Pro) to open more than two download sessions at a time? For some reason at home I'm limited to just two, while at work I think I can do up to four. Where can I change this setting?

Basically, I can Right Click > Save As only two files at a time, and if I try a third it just sits and waits for one of the two to finish. :hs:

    TIA!

The problem you fixed with the registry hack is a "feature" of HTTP 1.1. The spec defines up to two concurrent connections to any given site. So any browser that is 1.1 compliant will limit you to two.

Yah, I noticed that. What I don't get is why they reduced the number of sessions from 4 with 1.0 to 2 with 1.1. :dunno:
