i'm not even sure if thats the correct term, but is there any way to have 2 ip's per ethernet port? i have a wireless and an ethernet on my laptop. and i've got an ethernet on my desktop. all 3 connect to the same wireless router setup as an AP. the router (setup as a switch/AP) connects to the public campus network. I want the ethernet port on my laptop to be a private IP and the wireless to be a public IP given out by the campus. the desktop currently has a public IP. is there anyway to make the desktop respond to a request from a private IP and a public IP on the same ethernet port?
