so i've been jogginga little lately (about a week), I had to stop for a while because I tore my mcl a few months ago and wanted to go a little while without feeling pain, before I started using my knee again. I've been doing 2 miles, 8.5 min each and it hasn't been too bad except for the mucus. I think i might be getting a cold, but I don't feel sick. however, today it was so bad that I was literally gagging after 1.5 miles. The run is not that difficult, and usually when the mucus in my throat is a little bit less, and I'm not even tired after my jog. I get home, and I blow my nose a lot, and now i'm better. But could this be asthma? I'm pretty sure it's not allergies, since I'm fine all the other times. I plan to see a doctor, but I want to wait until my dad makes the switch to the "good" insurance plan. I don't want to be denied access to a specialist now, and later be denied just because I got denied once.
