so i've been jogginga little lately (about a week), I had to stop for a while because I tore my mcl a few months ago and wanted to go a little while without feeling pain, before I started using my knee again.

I've been doing 2 miles, 8.5 min each and it hasn't been too bad except for the mucus. I think i might be getting a cold, but I don't feel sick. however, today it was so bad that I was literally gagging after 1.5 miles. The run is not that difficult, and usually when the mucus in my throat is a little bit less, and I'm not even tired after my jog.

I get home, and I blow my nose a lot, and now i'm better. But could this be asthma? I'm pretty sure it's not allergies, since I'm fine all the other times.

I plan to see a doctor, but I want to wait until my dad makes the switch to the "good" insurance plan. I don't want to be denied access to a specialist now, and later be denied just because I got denied once.

I've been having some issues with mucus recently also. I think it's just a combination of funky weather and possibly getting sick though. :dunno:

It happens to me all the time when I run outdoors. Doesn't matter what time of day, weather, or season. Just seems to be something my body does. It just builds up in my nose and fucks with my breathing

Drink more water. Mucus is how your body moves salt. It gets too thick w/out sufficient water. Also, try to put a cup of water by your heater or somewhere in your bedroom. It will evaporate. That way the air isn't so dry while you're sleeping and your mucus will retain the water it need to move on down your cock slupring throat.

:werd: I was out w/my running group today. We had an interesting discussion on 'snot rockets'. Manners go out the window when you're doing a long run.
