makes me wish my hand was better.
cool video. saenchai always makes me lol
I want to see Anuwat in K-1 Max, I think his style is very suited for it.
bad ass video. Favorited.
music was faggy...but awesome vid
I can't wait till my busted pinky finger heals and I can start throwing real punches again.
What time is training tomorrow? You coming down?
makes me wish I wasnt a fucking faggot cripple
We're running at rogers park at 10 am, then we head out to the gym for the 12pm class.
anuwat is tiny though. 135. you're right about his style though. he's got some heavy fucking hands for such a small dude
damn MT crew is busted lol. Guess that's expected though.
I just wish I had a fucking trainer and some pads again
add me to busted MT crew
lol brutal I love it
might take up hug fighting (bjj) because of it
Uh oh you're gonna get some panties--I mean gi's in a twist
lol i know
switch from fightin in short shorts to pajamas
before my last fight i was busting balls on this muay thai forum cause everyone was so injured and had sustained so many injuries over the years. breaking my hand was my first real injury in muay thai. fucking karma
shooto do you ever hold with 1 hand pad 1 thai pad?
how do you like that vs 2 thai pads?
Man I feel like such a pussy for not having any injuries. The worst I get is swollen bruised shins from the bag because they aren't conditioned.
I'm not training the hard way, nobody to spar with or really beat me up during drills when I'm dropping hands, etc. Fuck
sometimes, but only for something specific. personally though, i like 2 thai pads.
injury free is the way to be. just ask checkii
something specific such as?
how do you like bjj vs MT anyway?
good for quick hand combinations and leg kicks. that sort of thing.
love them both. entirely different things. i've been much more muay thai focused, but i don't think i'd ever completely give one up for the other.
it's nice to be able to do both. sometimes when you walk in to the gym you just want to roll or you just want to strike. it's good to be competent enough in both to do whatever you want.
when my hand heals i think i'm going to focus on my bjj
i love MT but i dont think my body can handle it for a lot longer
and what little bjj i've done has been real fun
