    Any recommendations?
    I'm Thai and thinking some whey, creatine, and beta alanine. I'm already taking multis.

    I was thinking of asking in the Fitness and Nutrition forum, but I thought u guys were a bit more mature. :noes:

    Any websites good to order? What brand? Thanks in advance guys!

    khai yat sai and kraa pow

    the only supplement i take now is xtend. it's just a buttload of BCAAs. its been working out well for me. it will help you recover from your long runs and training.

    I think he meant to say that hes thai so we know that there isnt a GNC or some store like that readily available to him. So he might have to order online or something.

    he should be able to, you can even walk into the pharmacy and buy steroids. normal supplements are a little more expensive then north america though.

    whey protein, fish oils and a creatine/beta alanine combo would work. plenty of water and sleep too.

    Scivation Xtend is great. Get watermelon. it tastes like watermelon jolly ranchers. It's not this crazy awesome new supplement. like i said before it's just mega doses of branched chain amino acids, but it really does help with recovery. i've been taking it for about 2 weeks now and i've definitely noticed a difference. also it wouldn't hurt to get some nutrition in you right after training. i like clifbars or protein shakes.

    aside from that for the first time in my life i've been taking time to properly cool down and stretch after training. i can't tell you how much of a difference this has made. everyone always told me just wait till you get older you're going to have to start stretching and warming up more. i felt invincible for so long. i guess i'm getting old :wtc:

    i cut out all the other shit i was taking cause it was wreaking havoc on my stomach and butthole. this stuff is fine though.



    i also have a greens supplement, but as far as performance and such goes it doesn't make a difference. i just have it cause with it being cold as balls here now i don't go to the grocery store nearly as often to get fresh greens.

    i see a lot of people take fish oils, but they also take a whole load of it. like 3-4 times the amount recommended. is that advisable?

    maybe it's because active people need more of it?

    oh and you went against urself... first questioning creatine/ba but now recommending it. why the change of heart?

    there's no reason to take mega doses of fish oil. it's a good health product, but it's not exactly a performance/recovery enhancing product. that's not to say it can't help with your joints and such in the long run, but still....

    creatine is fine. it works. just make sure you're taking in plenty of fluids especially with the heat you train in. the only reason i cut it out is cause it upsets my stomach.
