well, i took muay thai, never took a seminar on muay thai.so i couldn't tell you what they'll teach, although every trainer has their own style really and a specialty. on how to hold your hands, and what you focus on, whether it be the clinch, or elbows, or whatever.

Samart is good w/ hands and Matee with kicks. You can learn some interesting techniques. Good for incorporating some tricks into your existing routine or refining your skills. but if you've never really trained MT then it might not be as beneficial for you.

It would be good if you had a bit of training, at least a year I'd say. They would definitely be able to help you with some new moves, refine your technique a bit.

If it's a lot of money, you should check their credentials.
