Quick question about formulas in Excel - is is possible to have a formula reference another worksheet in the same document? I.e. Sheet1(A1)+Sheet2(A1) or something like that? Is there any way to do anything like that, or does everything have to be on the same sheet?

    TIA :)

You can even link to another workbook (ie file). Although, don't send only the one workbook if you send it to someone else... grumble grumble...

Excel is a pretty cool program. I used to work as an Inventory Manager and the system that they had to do inventory (web based) was so terrible. So what I ended up doing was making excel macro's that imported all the data and ran several reports which saved me a boatload of time.
