I have a database in MS Access 2003. I have a table named products setup with a ProductID, UnitsOH, and UnitsFC feilds. It is a very long list of products so I made a qurery so associates can lookup the stock levels of a product fast.

I want them to be able to reserve a product by hitting a command button and it takes it out of the UnitsFC feild.

I can't seem to get the command button to work.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

Lots of ideas actually. But you need to provide more details. Like how do you know which product you want to reduce? What happens if your stock level is 0? What happens if the stock goes to 0 once you've hit that button - will you still allow you to hit it again or so you need requery the list? Maybe take a screen shot of what you want to do visually would help. What you're asking is pretty simple but I need more details to help
