Any of you guys use this?

It has 4 grams of carbs per 1 tblsp, 25 cals, but its a marinade so i toss 2 tablespoons in per like 4-5 chicken breasts, im cutting right now and am paranoid about this, it has HFCS in it, but i figure its so minimal....i just cant take anymore bland chicken, and im sick of mustard. think this will affect my dieting?

I make my own marinade using Mirin (HFCS) and soy sauce.

1/4 of the chicken dishes are made this way.

im just super paranoid because im trying to get into the leanest state ive ever been. with that being said i should just probably stick to balsamic and olive oil marinade, it tasted fine.

how does olive oil work as a marinade? do you count the fat from this into your macros, too? or what?

i just marinate my chicken in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, i dont really count it no. i dont really count my DAILY calories, i eat pretty much the same things every day with substitutions here and there that will only benefit me, and i know my calories are at 2900. this is my cutting diet. so the macro thing isnt that crucial to me, what i do count daily is my carbs and fats. i dont really count the olive oil in the marinade in it.

The important thing is closing your eyes and visualizing how you want to look. keep the intensity up.

How much sodium does it have per serving?

Usually teriyaki sauce is loaded with it.

what about just a little bit of italian dressing...you can use water it down if needed. Check out trader joes...they usually have some bomb ass stuff for marinades and dressings. I have a great olive oil herb vinagrette from there.

And no, you don't really need to count the fat from olive oil marinades...just pat down the chicken after you cook it...the amount that gets int he chicken is minimal...I read an article on spark people on it.

under 75 grams of fats 6 days a week, and around 150 grams of fats 6 days a week.

1/7 days per week is 500+ grams of carbs and zero fats.
