I would like to know if you can substitute MRP"s with slimfast and get the same results? The reason I am asking is becasue I'm am on a budget right now and Slimfast is cheaper than MRP poweders.

So 42g of protein vs. 10g? Are you that naive?

Its not about being naive, im trying to stick to the 5 to 6 meal a day plan. I am going to eat chicken 2 times for lunch and dinner, as well as my whey protein after my workout.
