Any advantage to eas myoplex vs ON Whey? I will need to restock soon. I'm assuming all the vitamins and other nutrients in the myoplex I can probbably just get from food?

MRP has a lot more calories (normally from sugar)

40 more cal in the mrp

Whey has 48 g of protein rather than 42. I use them 3x a day.
