I am looking for a MRP that is lactose-free and/or contains little lactose. All my brolys use either labrada lean body or eas myoplex, but they give me cramps. Any suggestions or am i stuck popping lactaid pills? Taste is also important..... Thanks guys

i ended up going with the isopure MRP...maybe i'll try muscle milk next time, fat content is the only thing that seemed off for MM.

Whey protein is going to have lactose because it is made from milk. What you're looking for is a product that contains lactase, the enzyme you need to digest lactose.
ON whey has lactase and that's what I use.
