So taking NO2 for a solid week. It’s no ware near a miracle pill as some make it out to be but with in a week I have gotten much harder muscles and when I lift, I get very vainly. Over all I happy with the results it does help your recover better post work out and in all honesty the best thing about this supplement is that I able to push harder at the gym when lifting.

I’ll post up another review in about two weeks.

One side affect is that I got a bit of a head ache on Monday and I never get head aches. Have not had one since but I wanted to mention that for people considering taking this supplement.

I also take twin labs Multivitamin
    Fish Oil
And diet eat 6xs a day and try to equal my carb and protein intake.

    I work out 6 times a week
    3 days lifting
    3 days runing and abs

It's a damn shame that people are still wasting their money on overpriced GNC products.

I figured I give it a try. Plus for me 60bucks is not really alot of cash.

It work so for 60bucks it worth it.
