I was skimming through my collection and thought to myself....I want most of this stuff with me

I have about 25 gigs right now - I could cut it down but wouldn't mind the extra space

I don't know if I would really listen to 20 gigs of music...I want the small mp3 player, cheaper price, but I was wondering if you guys constantly transferred stuff in and out of your players

I have about 30 gigs, rising every day

But alot of it is discography and I don't have the time to find out which are the good songs so I was thinking of loading most of it on my MP3 player and deleting the crap

My mp3 collection is only about 900MB, so I'd be all set with a Zen Micro or an iRiver H10.

I have about 15gig, and am thinking of getting an iPod 30gig photo. I reckon it would be easier to have my whole collection with me, and be able to sort it into playlists on the fly, rather than having a 5gig and transferring on and off every day.
Getting a 30gig allows for the expansion of my music collection too.
If i was you, i'd be getting a 40gig or maybe even a 60gig if your budget stretches that far.

My 5 gig is fine, i dont really see any reason to have thousands of songs on you at a time. I only listen to about 20 differant songs for about a week then i move on.

i didnt wnat to dish out a lot of money for an mp3 player, so i just got the sandisk 1gb and i love it. 1gb is plenty of music for what i need it for.

I'm beginning to wonder if mine is big enough. It's starting to fill up fast.

im getting tired of constantly changing the songs on my 512mb player, but i like the cheap price. if i get a 5gb player i'd probably do the same thing. just get the most space you can afford and dont put extra junk in it if you dont plan on listening to it at all. im sure most people with 20gb+ of mp3s dont listen to certain songs/albums all the time, so those would be the albums to leave out

I have a 20gb*, but only listen to about sixgb tops.

    *(1gb = 1,000,000,000 bytes)

i know this sounds extravagant to some, but i really think you need 2 players, one small flash player for jogging and excercise or stuff like that, then a bigger one (capacity wise) to carry your entire mp3 collection,
i have a 256 muvo tx fm and am getting a rio karma 20gb
