is it useless to try and meet new girls if I'm going to be moving in a month for grad school?

I'll be back for the holidays and be back permenantly after several years..

One part of me says it's useless, don't waste your time and money..
The other part of me says it's not, who knows what can happen..

:dunno: it's up to you... i recently dated a guy that was from a different country (south africa). i knew that he was going to be leaving :)wtc: ), but i chose to hang out and just enjoy the time for what it was. he was a great guy, and we had an amazing time together, albeit it was short. we both hope that someday our paths will cross again, and we can meet. he hopes to come back to the U.S. :) we still text each other (it's waaaay too expensive to call.)

just go out and have a good time, and don't read into things too much. :) you're right, anything CAN happen, and sometimes life surprises ya ;)

You should try to meet people regardless, it'll be good practice for later on, and if anything awkward happens, you don't have to worry about it so much since you're leaving soon.
