I moved out 2 months ago from my parents, and I already lost 5 pounds, and Im already a skinny fucker. Im currently 160lb, 6"0. I wanna be 180. I go to the gym about 4 times a week, but the problem is... I dont eat shit. Mostly because Im lazy/dont know how to cook anything. Can anyone suggest what I should be eating to start gaining weight? High protein/ medium-high fat stuff. Something thats also easy to prepare. I already go to restaurants like daily, but I dont usually get stuffed there anyways.
