Is there a way I can get two mice working at the same time, controlled by two different people? I've searched all over and couldn't really find anything. I found something like it for mac but not windows. Is there any way, or program, to make two cursors so one mouse controls one cursor and another mouse controls another cursor?

I don't know about two cursors, but two mice work just fine, but you
can only control one at a time.
I have two running on the pc that I'm on now.
One is my normal wired Logitech, and the other is a wireless Logitech.
