I checked the oil level on my bike today, and it is at the low point. I have an F2.

Would Motul 5100 synthetic be suitable? :o

Does your F2 have a dipstick or a sight-glass to check to oil level?

Dunno man, I was looking at synthetic oil when it was time for mine to get it changed. 4 quarts of the Motul Synthetic at ~$13 a quart was too much to justify.

We live in an area that doesn't have extreme temperatures and if the previous owner didn't use synthetic oil you'll save a lot of money using conventional. If you change your oil & filter every 3000 miles conventional oil is fine.
