motorcycle accident fucked up my wrist what can i do

    I injured my left wrist in a bike accident. nothing is broken but hurts like a fuck to move around. I'd say a couple of weeks to maybe a month before I can lift again, what can i do so i don't lose muscle and not get fat?

    you aren't going to loose any muscle in a couple of weeks, keep your diet up to par

    Don't be a pussy. I dumped my bike going like 80 at the track. Lower back and leg hurt like a bitch for a month. Still went to the gym and did what I could.

    Get a good set of wrist wraps from somewhere like Metal, Titan, or Inzer once you start lifting again.

    Ice the shit out of it, take lots of advil, and see how it feels after a week or so before you get crazy with it.

    Or use this as an opportunity to focus on your legs.
